cute b&b in great neighborhood - close to metro - clean rooms - nice privacy. Flavio - the owner - is a super friendly Sicilian man who made us feel at home. Breakfast was yummy and he made us homemade cappuccinos. Loved chatting with him every morning. Totally recommend!

Property was CHARMING, with absolutely kind staff and good location close to the subway station which is an important point in Rome. Our a double room was decorated in the cozy design. It was convenient having a safe, TV, and a microwave oven. Location: the hotel was not far from the public transport, the tourist spots and the metro for two stations. There was Pezzotti, located nearby, where we relaxed.

I got great value for my money at Villino Elda. The room was spacious, luxurious, and had all the amenities I needed. Plus, the location was perfect - a peaceful neighborhood not far from the city center, with easy access to the metro. And the staff treated me like family, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The morning meal could have been better. Unfortunately, there were no bread and milk for the last two days of my stay.

Friendly staff, great location near important stations, delicious cappuccino made by Flavio every morning, good price-quality ratio.
Although there were a couple of minor drawbacks, such as the need to take a metro and bus to reach the center of Rome and the lack of soundproofing in the rooms, overall I had a pleasant experience at Villino Elda. The room size with a private bathroom was nice, and I especially enjoyed the direct access to a sunny garden.
